After installing karomi Enterprise, don’t change any of the folders within Karomi Enterprise except ‘custom’ folder. If you change any other folder then, you will be facing issues in login. Karomi will not be Responsible and support will not be provided in this case.
1) Somehow if it shows ‘License file corrupted’ error message. Then you need to run a dll.
Path: Karomi Enterprise Version 3.2\component\cast.dll
2) Just put this command in run.
regsvr32 C:\Karomi Enterprise Version 3.2\component\cast.dll
3) The dll gets started and you will be able to login.
Note: The above Resolution will not be applicable in these two cases.
a. Any changes done in license file.
b. If patch23 is updated.
